Most process problems are not people problems.
Sistjem is a one-person consultancy for founders and small teams. I map how the business actually runs, fix the parts that quietly consume time, build the AI automation where it genuinely pays — and prepare the raise when there is one coming.
What I do
fundraising
Fundraising preparation and execution
Getting the story, the numbers and the materials into a state an investor can say yes to. Narrative and positioning, the deck, the data room, a working financial model, the target list and the outreach, and a rehearsal before the meetings that matter.
process
Process screening and optimisation
A structured look at how work actually moves through the business: where it waits, where it repeats, where it depends on one person being available. You get a map of the real process, the three or four places time and margin leak out, and a sequenced plan to close them.
automation
AI automations
Screening first, because most of what gets sold as AI is not worth building. Where it is worth building, I build it: research and reporting workflows, document and inbox handling, sales preparation. The repetitive part goes to the machine; the judgement stays with a person.
How I work
-
Screen
Before anything gets built, map the work: what repeats, what it costs, who touches it.
-
Decompose
Split each process into the part a machine does well and the part that needs a person.
-
Build the narrow thing
One job, one workflow, working end to end. Not a platform.
-
Measure
Every change carries a number. Time before, time after.
Start with a call
Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me what is slow or what you are raising, and I will tell you whether I am useful.
